关于印发《人民法院组织机构、职务名称、工作场所英译文》的通知
随着我国司法国际形象和影响力不断提升，人民法院组织法、法官法修订完成后，一些司法改革最新成果的英译文亟待确定。随着更高层次改革开放加速推进，国际司法交流合作日益深入，涉外案件和司法协助业务稳步增长，更有必要进一步规范人民法院组织结构、职务名称、工作场所的英译文。为此，最高人民法院经广泛征求意见，就人民法院组织机构、职务名称、工作场所的英译文作出规范。同时，《关于规范法院名称及法院工作人员职务英译文的通知》（法外〔〕号）予以废止。
